I am Suman Judge, the Director of German Language Classes (GLC), Bhopal.

My father is German and my mother is Indian. After spending 22 years of my life in Germany, including my Schooling and further education till Masters Degree, I came to India.

My entire education was completely in German Language.

My upbringing in Germany and my experiences have given me a strong command over the German language.

For over 14 years now, I have been teaching the German language comprehensively at German Language Classes (R) my Institute in India.

Since 2007, I have taught more than 9000 students at GLC, and it is the only institute in Central India that has produced 100% results since 2007 in for the International Certification Examinations of Goethe-Institute Max Müller Bhavan.”

  • I prepare my students for the International Certification Examinations of Goethe-Institute Max Mueller Bhavan, which has been the official language center in India of the Government of Germany for more than a century.
  • I also guide students with their applications in German universities.

Besides my teaching at GLC, here are some of my other engagements relating to instruction and training in the German language:

    • I am a German Faculty at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Bhopal.
    • I was Visiting Faculty teaching German at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM) since 2011. (Under the Student Exchange Programme.)

    • I was a Visiting Faculty teaching German at the Indian institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal in 2013.

    • I have held special courses on the German language at many vocational and professional institutions including Air Hostess Academy (AHA) Bhopal, Flying Cats Air Hostess Training Institute (FCAHTI) Bhopal, Rai Business School (RBS), and Mumbai School of Business (MSB) Bhopal.

TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETER EXPERIENCE

  • Worked as a Technical German Translator and Interpreter leading a team of 11 German language specialists in the reputed German company, Siemens GmbH, Germany in collaboration with BHEL, Bhopal in 2011-2013.
  • I have conducted training workshops in the German language for the employees of several well-know Indian companies.
  • I have carried out translations from German to English, and vice versa, for corporate and individual clients.
  • In addition, I have also held leadership and ownership positions in translation management activities, and participated in interactive development relationship with both new and established German clients.
